The current official product pages establish a Jalisco Highlands agave origin and producer-reported NOM 1589 for these expressions. Ownership, founding chronology and the current distillery's legal name have not yet been independently verified for this release. They are deliberately left open rather than inferred.
Production & positioning
The three source pages report Highlands Blue Weber agave, 40% ABV and NOM 1589. Blanco explicitly describes brick ovens and double distillation. Reposado identifies American white oak but no exact age. Añejo discloses at least 12 months in American oak, including ex-bourbon. The observed $34.99–$44.99 bottle-price span describes one producer store, not a market-wide price tier.
