A plain-language notice for the initial Compare Tequila preview's research access and interest forms.
What the forms store
When you request research or register interest, we store your first name and email, optional company, role and industry, the requested report or plan, landing-page path, campaign parameters, acquisition source, submission time and your optional newsletter choice in the managed application database. We do not ask for payment details.
Why it is stored
The record supports requested research access and management of expressed membership/newsletter interest. Required research access and optional newsletter marketing consent are separate. Leaving the newsletter checkbox unchecked does not block a report download.
Delivery is not configured
Research access is provided immediately through an expiring private link after a successful request. No email is sent by this preview. Newsletter interest is recorded for future delivery setup, not a claim that a recurring publication is already running.
Access and safeguards
Lead records are not exposed in public HTML, public APIs or CSV exports. Private report links contain unguessable access tokens and expire after 24 hours. Forms have bounded input validation and rate limiting. Do not share a private report link publicly.
Preview launch requirements
This preview has no configured data-controller contact or automated deletion/unsubscribe interface yet. Those details, a final retention policy and appropriate consent/delivery operations must be established before collecting public launch leads. Avoid submitting sensitive information. No nonessential analytics or advertising trackers have been added by this application.
